Dee Lucas Website Contemporary jazz saxophonist Dee Lucas's journey continues with the fifth release of The Smooth Factor. An acclaimed wizard on the soprano sax, he has been steadily growing his brand and base beginning with Remembrance in 2004, a tribute to the late legend George Howard. Continuing steady showcase of style and technique with his sophomore release Something to Ride 2, 2010's Standing Room Only, and the 2012's compilation of the Rebirth of the Smooth. His latest release, The Smooth Factor, is a refreshing interjection into the competitive genre of smooth jazz. As a runner-up in the 2007 Capital Jazz Festival Competition, Dee Lucas has opened for a plethora of artists such as Boney James, Boys II Men, Norman Brown, Ronnie Laws, Nneena Freelon, Hugh Masakela, Greg Karukas, and Michael Franks just name a few. He has performed at several jazz festivals such as The Arizona Jazz Festival, The Jacksonville Jazz Festival, The Savannah Jazz Festival, and The Atlanta Jazz Festival. Saxophonist Dee Lucas is courtesy of the Smooth Soul Music Group recording label.

Tony Exum, Jr. Website Colorado Springs-based Tony Exum, Jr. brings to mind the soulfulness of a David Sandborn, the sultry sounds of the late Grover Washington, Jr., and the silky smoothness of the late George Howard. To his credits, Tony brings to the table two incredible national recordings titled 'Finally' and 'The One'. He has shared the stage with the likes of Nick Colionne, Gerald Albright, Norman Connors, Paul Taylor, Dave Koz, and Maze featuring Frankie Beverly. As a live performer, Exum’s smile and sense of humor effortlessly connects him with his audience. He exudes the unique chemistry of passionately seductive soul, flirtatious solos reminiscent of old school R&B, all while bringing his captive audience to their feet as he teases them with (instrumental) battles with fellow band members. Exum commands the stage as if he owns it, while remaining humble, and always willing to share the stage with other industry greats.
